Embark on a transformative journey into the realm of sound healing with our 50-hour Sound Healing Facilitator Training. Led by Megan J. Hoeffner & guest instructors, deeply rooted in ancient wisdom and modern techniques, this immersive program offers a comprehensive exploration of sound as a powerful tool for healing and wellness. Hosted at Synergy Retreat Center in Uvita, Costa Rica. Throughout the training, participants will delve into the fundamentals of sound healing, including the science behind sound vibrations, the therapeutic effects of different frequencies, and the art of creating sacred sound spaces. Through hands-on experiential learning, group activities, and guided meditations, students will develop the skills and confidence to facilitate their own sound healing sessions. Students must complete The Embodied Warrior's 10 HR Fundamentals of Sound & Self-Healing online course as a prerequisite. This is included in the tuition cost & will be online access will be provided upon deposit submission.

Itinerary

IMAGINE THIS: Waking up each day to the jungle sounds outside of your window, the trees and lush bushes rustling through the wind. The soft luxury sheets and cool morning air feeling crisp on your sun kissed skin. You walk out of your room to an electric, positive atmosphere. A decadent, family-style vegetarian breakfast spread full of fresh pineapple and papaya is already waiting for you. The smell of Costa Rican cafe (or tea) fills the air. After having your fill of breakfast, it’s movement + meditation time in the open-aired yoga shala. As you gently move your body, you begin to look inward. Your breath comes in even, deep, revitalizing waves. Your mind, body, and spirit are now aligned + receptive. It’s time to learn about Sound. You gather around a bright, comfortable living space with a notebook + pen. The humans next to you are as eager + ecstatic as you are! The lesson begins and your mind expands. The day is filled with learning all of the philosophy, science, anatomy, the numerous energetic systems, and how to weave them seamlessly into your offerings as a Practitioner of Sound Healing and as a graduating student of The Embodied Warrior School of Sound. You end the day with a decadent dinner and dessert, a final moment to gather with your new School of Sound family, and finally a retreat to rest in the comfort of your own luxury queen suite for the night. The cool sheets and soft air conditioning hold you for a beautiful nights rest and you wake up in the morning to do it all over again.
