A fabulous opportunity to explore stunning North Wales, take part in a variety of exercise classes, enjoy healthy and delicious food, relax, unwind and de-stress, this is an all-inclusive retreat where you are looked after by real experts in their fields! Our host is a Personal Trainer, and Strength and Conditioning Coach who has worked with professional athletes but specializes in working with women's health matters such as pregnancy and menopause. Our Yoga and Pilates Instructor is also a fully qualified and practicing Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist. Our Private Chef has worked as Executive Chef of several high-end restaurants and is passionate about making healthy, nutritious food that is utterly delicious. This Retreat provides the opportunity to take part in yoga practice, Pilates and circuit training sessions, various group activities including a cookery masterclass with our Private Chef, an opportunity to find and apply your “why” to set appropriate ongoing goals and build an action plan for success during one-to-one focus sessions, as well as opportunities to relax and unwind in the house, gardens or hot tub and to explore the stunning UNESCO World Heritage town of Caernarfon with it's incredible castle and the majestic Eryri National Park. Other treats and experiences are being organized all the time, including opportunities for mindfulness and creativity as well as for pampering and relaxation. All meals and non-alcoholic drinks are included and an extensive alcohol-free bar will be provided. There's also an opportunity to try something new on Monday after we check out of the house before heading back to reality with an optional add-on activity of either the Velocity Snowdonia Zip Wire Experience or a 2-hour Viewpoint Horse Back Ride! This retreat has been planned to allow everybody attending to choose how much or little they want to engage with, but it does stand to reason that the more you get involved, the more you'll feel like you've benefited from your investment.
