What's Included All Lodging - We have built all single-occupancy lodging into the retreat. Double occupancy will be available only by request. We will be staying in the city of Mount Shasta, central to all our adventures and the abundance of crystal and souvenir shops. All Meals - Delicious, healthy meals are included to keep our spirit bodies light and refreshed while doing the energetic work on and around the subtle energy fields of Mount Shasta. We encourage people to bring their own snacks and reusable water bottle from the variety of grocery stores in the area (light snacks like granola bars, crackers, bananas, etc.). All packed lunches and restaurant dinners will be provided. Complimentary breakfast may be available at the retreat hotel, and guests will be able to enjoy breakfast at their own leisure and choosing from the many options in the area. Recommended spots will be provided during the registration process. Excursion Transportation - We handle taking the group to the various locations we'll be experiencing on this retreat. While we do not offer shuttle service to and from your airport of choice (we recommend Medford, Oregon, about 1.5 hours from Mount Shasta), we will help you coordinate your arrival and departure to and from the retreat. Airport Shuttle - Group shuttle arrangements will be made to ensure you arrive safely and comfortably to and from Mount Shasta. Guests are welcome to rent a car if they desire.

Other Cancellation Policy (refer this if "Other" is chosen in Cancellation & Refund Policy section)

Any cancellation made up to 90 days before the start of the retreat will result in a loss of 50% of the trip price. Any cancellation made within 60 days of departure will result in a total loss of funds, however 50% of the retreat cost can be applied toward a future retreat within two years of original retreat date. In the anticipated event that we sell out and a guest from the waiting list can fill your spot, we will be happy to refund your payment in full.
