Following our initial meeting, we will provide you with an initial quote. 2. Deposit: - A non-refundable deposit of €100 is required to secure our service. This deposit is deducted from the total cost of the retreat booking fee and serves as a commitment to the booking. 3. Payment: - Full payment for the retreat service is due no later than 30 days before the start of your arrival day. Failure to submit payment by the specified deadline may result in the cancellation of your reservation. - For certain venues and activities, payments will need to be made directly to them rather than to Evexia (Kos). In such cases, we will furnish you with the necessary payment information. 4. Cancellation Policy: - We have a non-refundable deposit and booking fee. - Cancellation for the venue is held with the venue directly. You will receive cancellation policies from the venue for your reference. - Additionally, cancellation policies for any activities you choose to book will be provided to you separately. 5. Changes to Reservation: - Any changes to the reservation must be requested in writing and are subject to availability. Additional fees may apply for changes made after the booking has been confirmed. - Reservation of venue constitutes a contract with the venue owner and not Evexia. Each venue will have its own terms and conditions which you are subject to adhere to. Each venue will require a non-refundable deposit, and there will be a cancellation period in place. By choosing your venue, you are accepting their terms and conditions as well as Evexia's. 6. Responsibility: - Evexia (Kos) Retreat Planning Service acts solely as an intermediary between the retreat participants and the retreat venue. We are not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries incurred during the retreat. - We use third parties for the activities and equipment offered, and therefore, we will not be held responsible for any issues arising from their services. - Ultimately, it is your responsibility as the retreat host to ensure the safety and well-being of all participants during the retreat. It is recommended that you take out public liability insurance that covers all your activities as the retreat host. - Your guests are required to have comprehensive travel insurance covering all activities during the retreat. 7.
