The retreat itinerary is meticulously crafted to nurture both you and the group-each ceremony and ritual is designed to help you embrace your authentic self and expand your heartspace. Daily Intention Setting Ritual We begin by tuning into the vibration of gratitude and setting our intentions for the day ahead. Heart Opening Cacao Ceremonies We sit in a sacred circle, ceremonially drink cacao connecting with the elements and the nawal of the day, and allowing cacao to guide us to an elevated meditative state. You will also learn about cacao preparation to open and heal your heart. Fall Equinox Ceremony We will create a flower mandala as an offering to the earth serves to align, balance, and harmonize the three levels of consciousness: the physical, the spiritual center, and the heart center. Learning how to keep the mandala active. Gong Sound Journey Through the vibrations of the gong and guided visualizations and meditations, you embark on an introspective journey, exploring the depths of your heart and discovering the abundance that surrounds you. Clearing Your Home with Quantum Energies Workshop Explore different methods to clear and purify the energy of your living spaces and work areas, removing energetic blockages and leave with practical tools to maintain a balanced energy flow in your surroundings, enhancing your overall well-being and productivity.

What’s Not Included Airfare: Montpellier (35 min) and Marseilles (2 hours) are the closest airports. You can also fly into Paris and catch a train. Travel Insurance - highly suggested. Booking for private sound healing, Reiki sessions, and massages are available during free time. For booking information, please email us before the retreat to secure your spot! Other beverages outside of tea, coffee, and water. One lunch when we go out to visit Saint Guilhem Le Désert.

How to get there (if applicable)

Transport from the Montpelier airport is included - you will not need to book your own transportation. For those flying into other regional airports, please let us know upon registration.
