Cozy home on a lake across from a conservation area and walking distance into the village of Westport, Ontario. The village has quaint shops, a winery, a brewery and restaurants with live music. We have a private dock with kayaks, a canoe and a row boat. There is an indoor electric fireplace and an outdoor fire pit for roasting marshmallows as well as a hammock for relaxing lakeside. There is indoor dining for 10 and outdoor dining for 12 on the upper deck. The kitchen is well supplied with dishes and utensils to serve group meals. Hiking trails and a beautiful lookout are across the lake at the conservation area and only a short drive through the village.

We are on a septic system which means flusing only toilet tissue. The well water is potable and safe to drink (no need to bring single use plastic water). Parking is limitted to 5 cars.
