Founded by Beth Sack-Rogers, Contatto Wellness educates current and future massage therapists from all walks of life. When she's not hosting retreats for her students, Beth opens her beautiful campus up to others needing a space to host wellness retreats. Located in Uvita, Costa Rica, Contatto Wellness offers several package plans to fit your needs. Our grounds accommodate 9-12 guests spread over 3-4 cabinas, as well as a pool and lush common areas perfect for yoga, meditation, or other activities. Whether you're hosting a small retreat where you handle the food, or a more comprehensive retreat where we cook and provide promotional materials, we've got you covered. Need help planning? Number of beds and their sizes (eg: 2 King beds, 5 Queen beds, etc.)

Guests will stay in our campus cabinas. Each cabina has one queen room, one bunk room with two twin beds, a bathroom, a simple kitchen, and living area. Cabinas will accommodate three people but they could accommodate a fourth should people want to share a bed. Many retreats choose to charge more for a private room, however this is at your discretion. Each kitchen includes a bar fridge, a 2-burner hot plate, and a microwave.
