House Rules We ask every guest to remember a few simple things about what makes a great guest. -Respect for Nature: Guests must respect the natural environment. No littering, picking plants, or disturbing wildlife. -Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 11pm- 6am -Alcohol and Smoking: Alcohol consumption and smoking are not permitted. Wellness Activities -Punctuality: Guests should arrive on time for scheduled activities such as yoga, meditation, and workshops. -Participation: All guests are encouraged to actively participate in retreat activities but can opt-out if needed. -Meals: Meals are typically provided at set times. Notify staff in advance of dietary restrictions or allergies. Safety and Health -Emergency Protocols: Follow staff instructions in case of emergencies. Emergency contact information should be provide. -Personal Health: Inform staff of any medical conditions that may require attention during your stay. *COVID​/​Illness Policy: If ill, guests may need to follow additional protocols for the safety of others. 6 Month Cancellation Period - Flexible Retreat Leaders will receive a full refund if they cancel more than 6 months out from retreat date. If the Retreat Leader cancels within 6 months, they lose all money paid.
