The focus at Batukaru is serving organic, fresh whole foods, direct from garden to the table. The estate grows around 50 varieties of wild fruits and vegetables that you can enjoy moments after harvesting. The dishes they serve are delicious home cooked vegetarian food, served in a traditional Indonesian way. This policy has been designed to be as compassionate as possible in case plans change, while also taking into account our commitments and cancellation policies with our vendors. Deposit Policy: - Hold deposits are non-refundable. - Hold deposits are transferable to another new attendee found and assigned by the original attendee. Payment Policy: - The full balance is due 30 days before the retreat start date unless otherwise noted. Cancellation & Refund Policy: - Cancellation requests submitted within 30 days of the retreat date: 50% of the total amount (less the deposit) will be refunded. - Cancellation requests within 14 days of the retreat: Sorry, but no refunds will be given, no exceptions. - Any refunds allowed will incur a 3% processing fee.
