Any special instructions for the retreat guests to be aware of?

La Punta and Puerto Escondido are growing, so there can be the occasional noise such as cars, chickens and construction. We are a 10 minute walk from the beach, La Punta, which is a world-famous surf spot. The waves can get big in the summer and dangerous for swimming, however there are nearby bays perfect for swimming. We are close enough to town which gets our guest an immersive experience in Puerto Escondido such as local shops and places. There are cheap local taxis for transport. US citizens need a valid passport, but no visa to enter Mexico. Rental Policies: Our retreats have a minimum stay of three nights, and while there is no minimum group size requirement, a minimum payment equivalent to eight guests is required. Note: Your retreat experience at Barbarenas promises exclusivity, with all our facilities reserved solely for the use of your group. Our attentive staff will be on-site to ensure your comfort and satisfaction throughout your stay.

Cancellation Policy: We understand that plans can change, which is why we offer a flexible cancellation policy. Cancellations made up to 90 days before the start date of the retreat will receive a 50% credit for future retreats or personal vacations within one year. Please note that refunds or store credits cannot be issued within 90 days prior to the retreat.
