Join me this April in the foothills of the Colombian Andes, on a very unique, thoughtfully planned, replenishing adventure of healing and connection. You will have the opportunity to live special moments shoulder-to-shoulder with extraordinary Colombian horses, meditate by waterfalls, move your body with healing intentions, go on cleansing nature hikes, while cultivating a deeper connection with your own heart.  I will be there with you to create and hold space, support and guide you through a week of magical connection, sharing, learning, self-exploration and healing.

Itinerary

Included: - 7 nights in private rooms, with ensuite bathrooms - 3 healthy meals every day - Morning intentional movement, with a focus on fascia releases - Connecting and meditating with gorgeous Colombian horses - Guided hike to waterfalls - Exploring the incredible nature around the ranch on horseback (can be replaced, if needed) - Visit to a local coffee farm - Day trip with nature reserve and local town visit - Coffee table book, depicting the beauty of the place, and including a few personalized pages - Transfers from the nearby airports (Pereira - PEI or Armenia - AXM).
