What's Not Included

The retreat price does not include airfare, transportation from​/​to the airport, personal expenses, dinners or medical insurance. Participants are encouraged to arrange their own travel to Mount Shasta and ensure they have appropriate insurance coverage for their journey. Additionally, any personal purchases or optional activities outside of the retreat itinerary will be the responsibility of the guest. During the retreat, we will provide nourishing meals to support your journey. Each day will begin with breakfast, including coffee, tea, fresh juices, croissants, muffins, and a selection of fruits. Guests will also have the option to prepare eggs and toast to their liking. Lunches will be light and portable, as they will accompany our excursions; think delicious sandwiches and wraps, complemented by water and seasonal fruits. To celebrate the start of our retreat, we’ll enjoy a welcome dinner at one of Mount Shasta’s charming local restaurants, offering a wonderful opportunity to connect and share intentions for the days ahead. How to get there (if applicable)

Getting to Mount Shasta from Redding Airport is convenient with several transportation options available. You can rent a car directly at the airport for a scenic drive of approximately 1.5 hours along I-5 North. Taxis and rideshare services are also available, offering a direct and comfortable journey. For a more budget-friendly option, you can take the Amtrak train from Redding to Dunsmuir or Weed. From Weed, a short taxi ride to Mount Shasta is both affordable and quick, making it an excellent choice for travelers. Each option ensures a smooth and enjoyable trip to this spiritual destination.
