The immersion retreat experience is intended to help you build a deeper relationship with the Enneagram by understanding more of the mechanics and movement contained in its wisdom. These retreat experience includes a number of experiential activities using your head, body and heart to journey into your inner and upper world. At the end of each retreat, you'll have an answer to a deeper question you ask yourself. We encourage you to make a small simple change in your life to support that answer after the retreat. A Whole New Retreat Experience What's more is that our retreat experiences are specially designed for no more than 6 people and are based entirely on a group's collective Enneagram typing, for a more intimate and personalized retreat experience. These family-style retreats are a whole new type of retreat experience, blending space for group connection, teaching of the Enneagram, individual contemplation and experiential body-based practices. A Transformational Weekend To... Understand Your Type: We conduct individual Typing interviews and intention setting prior to the retreat. See Your Journey: We teach the Enneagram in a way you can understand your journey through its wisdom. Raise Your Awareness: We facilitate experiences to heighten awareness with relation to the Enneagram. About the Facilitator Jon Kohrs is a design coach, consultant and teacher, focused on exploring reality from the inside out using experiential methods grounded in Reiki, Andean energy practices and mystic traditions. He designs and facilitates change by teaching organizational teams at the brink work in a whole new way. Using the Enneagram in the design of learning experiences, Jon unlocks organizational potential by helping people unlearn how they work - in order to relearn how to solve problems in more creative and abundant ways. He is inspired to help leaders understand the unconscious shadow in the products and services we use every day so businesses can be more conscious of the collective ecology of design.
