You'll enjoy spectacular views over the valley and the ocean in the backdrop from almost every room in the house. The house has huge windows, terraces​/​balconies from every single room and is south-facing. And should you have to work during your stay, you'll be good to go with high-speed internet, two large monitors you can use and a separate office. If you'd like to play a round of Boule​/​Pétanque, you have your own Pétanque field! GROUND FLOOR Light-flooded living room with a huge couch and separate dining area. The dining area with a dining table large enough for a min. of 10 people. For larger groups, simply add a small table to it and you'll be able to seat everyone. The dining are opens up to the patio for a beautiful blend of outdoor and indoor space. The patio with an incredible view over the valley has another dining table big enough for all guests to dine al fresco, couches as well as a BBQ. Go up the steps from the patio to the pool area with a pool large enough to do laps and several sun loungers at your disposal. Inflatables for the pool as well as beach towels are for you to use during your stay! The pool area is gated and hence safe for children. The pool is heated through solar panels, which expands the time we can use it to approx October. The laundry room with 2 washing machines (Miele and Samsung) and a dryer can be accessed from the garden as well. Back in the house, there's a separate kitchen with Miele appliances, dish washer, oven and a built-in steamer. You can enjoy the wonderful view from the small table in the kitchen. The last room on the ground floor in the TV room with super comfy convertible couch (sleeps two), a TV and board games for you to use throughout your stay. The TV room has its own little hallway for privacy as well as built-in wardrobe, guest toilet, shutters and access to a second patio. 1ST FLOOR Main bedroom with king size bed, which we've bought from the Four Seasons Hotel chain for extra comfort during the holidays. A large private balcony with an incredible view and en suite luxury bathroom. The bathroom has been renovated in 2023 and has everything you could ask for: double sink, towel heater, window, huge bathtub with bubbles and chromotherapy, rainforest shower, ... 2nd bedroom with king size bed and newly renovated end-suite bathroom with double sink and shower. Access to a balcony that is being shared with the 2nd guest bedroom. 3rd bedroom with two single beds that can be combined to one large bed. Dedicated desk and access to the balcony. Similar to the other rooms, the bedroom is very bright, as large windows open up to the valley. A newly renovated bathroom with shower and bathtub is just across the hallway from this bedroom. All bedrooms have their own AC unit. 2ND FLOOR Office space with dedicated desk, printer, office supplies and panoramic view over the valley from the balcony. The room also has a cinema area with smart 60'' TV, surround system, and cinema chairs that invite to watch the latest blockbuster...or simply Netflix! The office is equipped with AC and an inflatable mattress that sleeps 2. Please note that if you come as a large group of more than 12 guests, guests 13​/​14 would need to sleep on the inflatable mattress. GUEST HOUSE Separate guest house with living​/​dining room with a large and comfortable couch, dining table for 4 (can be extended to fit more people), open kitchenette as well as a separate "fireplace room" on the ground floor. 1st floor with main bedroom incl king size bed, closet space, desk, balcony and a newly renovated en-suite bathroom . Smaller 2nd bedroom with a double bed of 140x190 cm. Please note that guests in this 2nd bedroom would need to go through the main bedroom to access the bathroom. All rooms in the guest house have their own AC unit - newly installed end of 2023.
