Whether its the vacation of a lifetime or the venue for your greatest event yet, a stay at The Wilmont is an experience like no other. Gold Mountain Ranch has 1,200 exclusive acres to experience. The mining and geological history of the property is just as rich as the views. The Wilmont at Gold Mountain Ranch currently operates with a Short Term Rental Permit from Ouray County. Keystone Portfolio Management, L.P. does not provide any accommodations beyond the rental of the space itself.

Other Cancellation Policy (refer this if "Other" is chosen in Cancellation & Refund Policy section)

Cancellation by Clients Retainers are considered non-refundable and non-transferable.  If for any reason Clients cancel this Agreement more than 180 days before the stay, GMR will keep the Retainer, and Clients will be responsible for 50% of the total balance (less the retainer amount). Any funds beyond 50% of the total amount due (less the retainer) will be refunded within 30 days. Notification of cancellation must be made in writing by Clients and sent via email, pursuant to the Notice provision in Section 39. Confirmation of receipt of notification email by GMR must be obtained. If Clients fail to supply Notice of cancellation as specified before the Event or cancels within 90 days of the stay, Clients shall be required to pay the full balance due. Rescheduling by Clients In the event Clients reschedule the stay for any reason, Clients forfeit the Retainer and all other payments made by Clients up to the date of rescheduling. Clients must book GMR’s services under a new contract and will be subject to GMR’s current pricing at that time unless other arrangements are made in writing by GMR.
