SAMPLE DAY: Wake up feeling refreshed - 7:00 AM Coffee + Tea Start your day with a warm cup of coffee or tea, allowing yourself a peaceful moment to wake up and center your mind. 8:00 AM Intention Setting Meditation Join us for a guided meditation to set your intentions for the day ahead. A chance to connect within and align your focus for this powerful retreat experience. 9:00 AM Breakfast Enjoy a wholesome, nourishing breakfast designed to fuel your body for the day. Fresh, vibrant, and delicious food to awaken your senses. 10:00 AM Free Time Take this time to relax, reflect, or explore the surroundings at your own pace. Perhaps journal, take a walk, or simply rest. 11:00 AM Movement ​/​ Yoga Engage in a mindful movement session to awaken and stretch your body. Whether through yoga, gentle flow, or movement practices, this session will help you connect with your physical self. 12:00 PM Cool Down + Breathwork After movement, we’ll guide you through a soothing cool down and breathwork practice to calm the nervous system and cultivate deeper relaxation. 1:00 PM Free Time A period of rest, reflection, or self-care before we come together again. Use this time to unwind or continue to explore the retreat space. 2:00 PM Lunch Savor a delicious, nourishing lunch designed to replenish your energy and keep you feeling grounded throughout the day. 3:00 PM Free Time Relax, take a walk, or engage in your personal practices before our next gathering. This is your time to recharge and reflect. 4:00 PM Workshop Join us for an interactive workshop designed to deepen your experience and provide valuable tools for personal growth. This session will be full of insights and connection. 6:00 PM Free Time A moment to unwind before dinner and integrate everything you’ve experienced during the day. 7:00 PM Dinner End the day with a nourishing, wholesome dinner. Enjoy the flavors, the company, and the warmth of our shared meal.

Other Cancellation Policy (refer this if "Other" is chosen in Cancellation & Refund Policy section)

The $500 deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. Cancellations made 6 months or more before the retreat start date: 100% refund of payments made, minus the non-refundable $500 deposit. Cancellations made 4 months before the retreat start date: 75% refund of payments made, minus the non-refundable $500 deposit. Cancellations made 2 months before the retreat start date: 50% refund of payments made, minus the non-refundable $500 deposit. Cancellations made less than 1 month before the retreat start date: No refunds will be issued. No-Show Policy: Guests who do not arrive at the retreat location on the designated start date will not be eligible for a refund. Transfer of Spot: Retreat spots are non-transferrable, and Guests may not assign their place to another individual without prior written consent from the Hosts. Cancellation by Hosts: In the unlikely event that the retreat is canceled by Hosts, Guests will receive a full refund of all payments made, including the deposit. The Hosts are not responsible for any additional expenses incurred by Guests, including but not limited to airfare, travel insurance, or accommodations outside the retreat.
