What parts of the property are accessible to retreat guests?

Included for your Retreat Group; Two vegetarian meals daily (brunch and dinner) that we can arrange on time or 30 minutes before or after the scheduled meal and snack times (12 PM). All meals are on-site and cannot be taken to go. Use of 1 of our 2 sanctuary spaces at a time. In coordination with the ongoing activities and with the operations manager. Guaranteed to use each space once a day. Unlimited filtered drinking water The cave space is also available for sacred use. It can only be used for fires and ceremonies. Posting of your retreat on our website retreats listing Use of photos of the Forest from our website for marketing Support coordinating transportation Support coordinating your itinerary and extra activities for your group Internet in communal spaces for the whole group Complimentary arrival & departure escort for the whole group (porters are $10 per bag each way, for oversized bags (max 25 pounds) and late arrivals from 7pm-7am are $20 per bag each way)

Our manager can assist you between 9:30 AM-6 PM each day for reception assistance and access to the safe. The Office is closed outside these times.

Other Cancellation Policy (refer this if "Other" is chosen in Cancellation & Refund Policy section)

Retreat Group Bookings; All initial deposits are non-refundable. Your deposit can be transferred to a later date (within 18 months after the date of the retreat) if cancellation is more than ＞60 days of your retreat start date. Dates can only be moved once and beyond that, there will be a 10% transfer fee. A retreat booking may be canceled precisely at the 60 day mark without any penalties other than the initial deposit will be forfeited. Retreat bookings canceled between 60 and 31 days notice will forfeit the original venue hire deposit. Further payments made will be credited for future group retreat use (to be used within 18 months). Not available for personal use. For cancellation within 30 days of retreat start date, all payments will be forfeit and no longer credited to future use. For all bookings, we do not offer refunds or take responsibility for political and environmental causes (natural disasters etc.) that could affect your stay or travel to Kawoq Forest. Group Retreat - Extra Activities: For extra activities, if any participants decide not to join the activity, we need 48 hours notice prior to the activity otherwise, they will be charged in full. Wellness Services: If you choose to cancel the service less than 6 hours before your wellness service, you will be billed 50% of the wellness service rate. If it is less than 2 hours before your wellness service, you will be charged 100% of the wellness service rate.

A BEAUTIFUL WEEK! “It was the most beautiful week & exceeded all of my expectations. Peaceful, calm - it provided me with an opportunity to reflect & breath. The yoga was perfect for me - each teacher brought their own personality to the practice & they were knowledgeable & generous. The food is wonderfully fresh & varied. My cabin was spotlessly clean with a comfortable bed, lovely bedding & a balcony with a hammock that I took advantage of each afternoon. The location is very special & I didn't venture from the place all week - content to look at the views, listen to nature & relax. Other guests were friendly & respectful. Compost toilets & showers worked for me & the shower & loo that I frequented had the most incredible views of the lake. I left feeling recharged & believing that it's a once a year trip from now on.
