In Spanish​,​ Los Ninos means 'The Children​,​' a name that resonates deeply with the core of my coaching philosophy. My work revolves around delving into the realm of inner child exploration—a journey into the depths of our youth and childhood experiences to unveil how our past wounds​,​ traumas​,​ and experiences shape our present realities. As a Colombian immigrant​,​ I carry with me the richness of my heritage​,​ infusing it into the fabric of Los Ninos Services. With a background in psychology and counseling​,​ coupled with over a decade of hands-on experience in practices like meditation​,​ breathwork​,​ and therapeutic analyses​,​ I offer a holistic and science-based approach to personal development and wellness.
