Hello, I'm Bodhi S.

Bodhi Starwater is a musician​,​ author​,​ teacher and creativity coach. He has also been working with sound healing for over 40 years. Born in Boston​,​ his family moved west when he was 1 year old. At a young age​,​ growing up in California​,​ he knew that music would be his lifelong passion. All through school life​,​ he played in bands and orchestras. As he grew older and deepened into the more subtle aspects of music​,​ he studied with many artists around the globe​,​ including Allaudin Mathieu​,​ Paul Horn and most recently​,​ Tito La Rosa. In college​,​ he was fascinated by the work of Hazrat Inayat Khan where he learned about the ancient science of Sound Healing in the Sufi tradition. Over the years he has travelled the world and collected instruments for his orchestra​,​ including exotic Flutes​,​ Conch Shell​,​ Charango​,​ Guitar​,​ Tibetan Bowls​,​ Feathers​,​ Keyboards​,​ Drums and Rattles. He has been a featured artist at many festivals and conferences​,​ including the International Conference on Shamanism. For over 30 years he was a church music director for various new thought organizations. Teaching music to people of all ages has been a lifetime commitment for Bodhi. He has had two #1 Flute Albums on the Zone Music Reporter International New Age Music Chart. DEEP DREAM in 2020 and TRANS UKRAINE in 2006. His music has had millions of plays on Pandora​,​ Spotify​,​ Apple Music and other streaming sites and his music is used in yoga studios​,​ health spas​,​ and health practitioners offices. In 2021 he created a Sound Healing Temple​,​ the Soundscape Oasis​,​ in Mt. Shasta​,​ California. In 2023 he released his second book​,​ 5 ELEMENTS of SOUND HEALING and is leading workshops in person and around the globe on-line. His first book is called TAO of MUSIC.
