Martino and Alessandra are both from Florence but lived an international life​,​ mainly for Martinos work as an engineer in Asia and around Europe. Therefore have brought back a touch of all cultures and restored their estate to the peace of heaven it is today. Alessandra is passionate cook mainly using ingredients from her vegetable garden and the products of the estate. They have many pets who all live in harmony and freedom; horses​,​alpacas​,​ bees​,​ chickens and geese​,​ dogs and a 20 year old cat who rules them all.
